Do I need technical knowledge to use MachSafe?
No. MachSafe is designed for building safety managers, not software engineers. If you can use email, you can use MachSafe. We also provide onboarding support for all customers.
What is the AI Safety Case output?
The AI generates a structured draft Safety Case Report based on your building's uploaded data. All AI outputs are clearly labelled as drafts requiring human review and approval before any submission to the BSR.
